8月5日，中国天楹（000035）发布公告，控股股东南通乾创计划自本公告披露之日起3个月内，通过深圳证券交易所系统允许的方式增持公司股份，本次合计增持金额不低于5000万元且不超过1亿元。
截至本公告披露日，南通乾创持有公司4.22亿股，占公司总股本的17.65%。
2026年一季度，中国天楹实现收入11.62亿元，归母净利润1.11亿元。
