近日，据媒体报道，奇瑞汽车已同意通过可转换债券方式向韩国汽车制造商KG Mobility（KGM）投资7500万美元（约5亿元人民币），若全部转股，奇瑞将持有该公司约10%股权。8月4日，奇瑞汽车方面回复《每日经济新闻》记者称，“双方将结合各自优势，开发中型运动SUV。奇瑞向KGM销售部分汽车零部件，KGM负责本地生产组装和销售，并通过其全球营销网络销售。”
