电脑验光的结果只能供临床参考，不能直接作为配镜处方。
科学的配镜方法是在电脑验光的基础上，由专业的验光师对被检者进行检影验光和综合验光仪验光，通过球镜精确、散光精确及双眼平衡等一系列检查，确定准确的验光度数，并根据被检者年龄、既往戴镜情况、用眼需求及职业等进行试戴调整，最终出具合适的配镜处方。
