记者从水利部松辽水利委员会获悉，受近期强降雨影响，8月4日18时，黑龙江干流同江（黑龙江）水位站达到警戒水位54.06米，依据《全国主要江河洪水编号清单》,此次洪水编号为"黑龙江2026年第1号洪水"。
