预计8月4日至8日，黄淮中东部等地有4～5天日最高气温在35～37℃的高温天气，局地可达38～40℃；河南东南部、安徽西北部、山东西部等地处于抽穗开花期的夏玉米高温热害风险较高。建议上述地区及时灌溉，减轻高温影响。此外，北方海洋牧场（辽宁、山东）做好海洋渔业养殖高温热害防御工作。
