2026年8月3日，天奈科技(688116.SH)发布公告称，公司核心技术人员魏兆杰因达到法定退休年龄，申请辞去所任职务并完成离职手续。
天奈科技表示，魏兆杰已与研发团队完成工作交接，其参与研发的知识产权均归属公司，不存在职务发明权属纠纷。
