8月3日，大亚圣象在回复投资者提问时表示，在公司电池箔项目正式投产前，控股股东大亚集团承诺将其涉及的与投资项目相关股权或资产转让给上市公司，或通过其他公平、合理的途径对大亚集团的业务进行调整以解决同业竞争问题。届时，公司将严格按照法律法规的要求执行。（深交所互动易）
