据上海证券报报道，有多家媒体称，在旗下对冲基金Situational Awareness因爆仓而被迫清盘之后仅一天，年仅25岁的华尔街“AI股神”Leopold Aschenbrenner向其投资者发出了一封言辞恳切的致歉信。他在信中表示对此承担全部责任，并承诺彻底移除杠杆，以自有资金方式重新出发。
Aschenbrenner在信中表示，他对长期人工智能投资主题的信心依然坚定，AI算力和基础设施领域的长期机遇依然存在，但他的建仓方式将发生根本性改变。
Aschenbrenner表示，即便经历了7月67%的回撤，截至目前，该基金年内仍保持正收益。
“前路艰难，但我们决意重建。”Aschenbrenner在致歉信末尾称。
