据报道，自由球员前锋杰里米-索汉已同意签下一份一年期合同加盟波特兰开拓者队，索汉即将迎来他的第五个NBA赛季。
上赛季，索汉为马刺和尼克斯共计出战44场比赛，场均贡献3.6分2.4篮板。并随队获得总冠军。
