中指研究院数据显示，2026年1月-7月，100家房企拿地总额4189亿元，同比下降27.6%，降幅较上月收窄6.1个百分点。
从权益拿地金额来看，前7月，投资力度居前的三家房企分别为保利发展、华润置地、越秀地产，权益拿地总金额分别为580亿元、410亿元、296亿元。
