新华社北京7月31日电（记者高亢）7月31日，中国电信、中国移动和中国联通发布公告，称为保障用户权益和数据信息安全，三家企业将对互联网渠道号卡相关业务进行统一规范，自2026年8月1日起，其他第三方互联网渠道将不再提供号卡办理相关服务。
