今天下午，多位用户反映航旅纵横APP突然出现服务异常，用户无法正常进行航班动态和行程查询等功能，页面显示“服务暂时不可用，请稍后再试”。
今年4月，航旅纵横APP曾突然出现服务异常长达19小时。
