7月31日，经纬辉开（300120.SZ）公告，公司受让庞慰先生所持诺思微股权比例由6.6806%调整为6.5806%，原转让估值不变，股权转让款相应下调。近日，该事项已完成相应工商变更登记，公司目前通过直接持股、间接持股合计持有诺思微28.6961%的股权。
