太极股份7月31日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司董事、总裁仲恺递交的书面辞职报告，仲恺因个人原因申请辞去公司董事、总裁职务，辞职后不再担任公司其他任何职务。仲恺原定任期至公司第七届董事会届满时止，其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。仲恺将按公司相关制度做好工作交接，其辞职不会影响公司的正常经营，不会对公司发展造成不利影响。
