汤云峰自2010年4月入职公司，现任党委副书记、公共关系部副总监，并曾任公司监事。她持有公司股份1万股，与其他主要股东和管理人员不存在关联关系。
2026年一季度，盐津铺子实现收入15.83亿元，归母净利润2.31亿元。
