7月31日，ST臻镭（688270）发布公告，公司董事会同意聘任马玉强担任董事会秘书，任期自至第二届董事会任期届满之日为止。
马玉强，在迪安诊断（300244）担任高级证券事务岗，还曾担任每日互动（300766）证券事务代表。
2026年一季度，ST臻镭实现收入1.21亿元，归母净利润3958万元。
