7月31日，天益医疗（301097）发布公告，李孟良因个人原因辞去公司副总经理及董事会秘书职务，之后不再担任公司及控股子公司的任何职务。
为确保董事会工作的正常进行，董事长吴志敏代行董事会秘书职责，直至新董事会秘书聘任完成。
2026年一季度，天益医疗实现收入1.64亿元，归母净利润929万元。
