7月31日，匈牙利石油天然气集团（MOL Group）与壳牌达成协议，将收购其全资子公司BG Cyprus。该公司拥有塞浦路斯东地中海12号区块阿芙罗狄蒂（Aphrodite）天然气田35%的非运营权益。交易总对价最高达7.2亿美元，预计于2027年初完成。该项目计划于2027年做出最终投资决定，首批天然气预计于2031年产出。
