7月31日消息，据澎湃新闻获悉，消息称特斯拉考虑出售中国业务，为特斯拉与SpaceX的潜在合并交易创造条件。
此前有知情人士透露，埃隆 · 马斯克近年来指示特斯拉高管，在公司内部对美国和中国业务进行明确划分。部分高管已被告知，需要在潜在合并交易之前做好剥离中国业务的准备。
对此，特斯拉中国回应澎湃新闻记者表示，为“不实消息”。
