关于邮件主题，建议使用“核心事件+关键信息”（core event + key information）的格式，清晰凝练的概括邮件主旨，让收件人一眼就能了解邮件的目的。

▌称呼：正式礼貌

邮件开头，建议使用对方尊称，英文常用Mr/Ms+姓氏，日常沟通可直接使用Hi+名字，注意称呼顶格书写，另起一行再开始正文。

▌正文：问候+事件描述

正文是邮件的核心，建议采用“背景+核心问题+请求”（background + core issue + requried）的叙述结构。开头先简单问候“您好！”，然后进入正题。若篇幅较长，建议分段呈现。

▌附件：正文中标注
