7月31日，皇岗口岸港方口岸区域及延伸区域将在7月31日零时启用，并按照香港法律实施管辖。深圳市口岸办规划建设处一级主任科员田耕向21世纪经济报道记者表示，皇岗口岸实行“一地两检”模式，同时将有地铁、高铁直达。
