8月1日起，《北京市快递、外卖行业非机动车管理办法（试行）》将正式实施，办法对配送电动自行车、平台企业、骑手作出全面规范：配送车辆需申领专用号牌，严禁改装、违规充电，电池使用满五年需安全评估；外卖快递平台须优化派单算法，杜绝诱导骑手违法骑行；骑手骑行需佩戴头盔，杜绝闯红灯、逆行等交通违法行为。来源/首都之窗
