7月30日，甬硅电子（688362）发布公告，实际控制人、董事长、总经理王顺波提议公司使用自有资金或自筹资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分人民币普通股，回购资金总额不低于1亿元，且不超过1.5亿元，回购期限为自董事会审议通过方案之日起12个月内。
2026年一季度，甬硅电子实现收入11.72亿元，归母净利润2661万元。
