7月30日，慧博云通（301316）发布公告，董事长余浩计划在未来6个月内增持公司股份，增持金额不低于2000万元且不超过4000万元，同时董事、执行副总裁、 财务负责人兼董事会秘书岳阳计划同一时间内增持不低于500万元且不超过1000万元股份。
2026年一季度，慧博云通实现收入6.15亿元，归母净利润766万元。
