7月30日，国药现代（600420.SH）公告，公司控股子公司国药致君坪山此前与安徽美来签署《药品上市许可转让合同》，近日收到国家药品监督管理局核准签发的《药品补充申请批准通知书》，同意乳果糖口服溶液（15ml:10g）上市许可持有人变更为国药致君坪山。
