7月30日，《深圳市人民政府与香港特别行政区政府关于在皇岗口岸实施“一地两检”的合作安排》在香港特区政府总部完成签署。根据双方合作安排，重建后的皇岗口岸港方口岸区将于2026年7月31日0时正式启用，并依照香港特别行政区法律实施管辖。
