新京报贝壳财经讯（记者徐雨婷）7月30日，港股中际旭创上市首日开盘破发，截至10：23，跌幅8%，现报899港元，目前市值约1.05万亿港元。中际旭创A股同步下跌，目前跌超11%。
7月28日，中际旭创公告，公司确定本次 H 股发行的最终价格为每股980港元，基础发行股数为5450万股，募资额约534亿港元。若保荐人全额行使15%超额配售权，增发817.5万股后，总募资规模将近610亿港元。
