此前公司已就该清盘呈请发布多份公告，日期分别为2025年8月13日、2025年10月22日、2025年12月3日、2025年12月8日、2026年3月9日及2026年6月22日。
公司表示，将就有关呈请的任何重大发展知会股东及投资者，并适时另行刊发公告。
