中国对巴西牛肉年度进口配额110.6万吨，已用80%，超额将加征55%关税。今年初保障措施出台后，经销商持续囤货。 巴西牛肉占中国进口总量47%，但主要流向冻品市场、火锅店和预制菜工厂，商超罕见。澳大利亚牛肉仅占8%，却是零售主力。 目前涨价未传导至终端：冻品批发商未提价，火锅店、烧烤店进货正常，巴西烤肉店也未接到涨价通知，运营照旧。
