7月29日，联讯仪器（688808.SH）公告称，公司首次公开发行股票并上市的保荐人为中信证券（600030.SH），原委派赵耀、孟硕为保荐代表人，法定持续督导期至2029年12月31日。因孟硕工作变动，不再担任持续督导保荐代表人，中信证券委派周欢接替，变更后持续督导保荐代表人为赵耀和周欢，持续督导期至规定的持续督导义务结束为止。
