7月29日，券商板块异动拉升，华林证券（002945.SZ）涨停，中银证券（601696.SH）涨超7%，国盛证券（002670.SZ）、华安证券（600909.SH）、国金证券（600109.SH）跟涨。
消息面上，今年以来，券商碳排放权交易资质稳步扩容，已有10家券商相继取得相关资质。除东北证券外，开源证券、中泰证券、长江证券、国金证券、国海证券、山西证券、英大证券、国新证券和中邮证券今年以来相继获得相关资质。
