圣贝拉集团公告称，7月28日，公司以每股3.52 - 3.68港元的价格，回购230,500股股份，付出价格总额831,950港元，占有关事件前的现有已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目百分比0.0372%。公司于6月30日通过购回授权决议，可回购股份总数为62,219,650股，截至7月28日，累计回购2,249,000股。此外，下次新股发行或库存股份再出售或转让的暂止期至2026年8月27日。
