格隆汇7月27日｜据三位业内消息人士透露，里海管道联盟（CPC）位于俄罗斯沿海的黑海码头预计将于周一晚些时候恢复原油装载作业。一周前，由于该码头附近或码头处停靠的油轮遭到无人机袭击，原油装载作业被迫暂停；该码头的原油处理量约占全球供应量的 2%。此次停运导致哈萨克斯坦的原油产量大幅下降。
