7月20日-7月26日，北京市商品住宅成交673套，成交面积8.71万㎡，成交均价57679元/㎡，成交金额50.24亿元。其中，西城区原北京电焊机厂用地改建四合院项目斩获成交金额第一名，总成交额达7.85亿元，成交均价10.6万元/㎡，成交4套。此外，北京城建·和知筑︱铂瑞成交24套，成为周度住宅套数销冠。
