7月27日，据@中国天气：“红霞”的影响还未结束，下一个台风“白海豚”却要“待产”了。
中国天气网首席气象分析师信欣称：今天凌晨中太平洋的热带低压西行越过国际日期变更线，进入西北太平洋，这个低压可能会发展为今年第13号台风“白海豚”。有数值预报给出，这个台风可能登陆日本。将类似2015年台风“哈洛拉”。
