据气象部门监测预报，受台风“红霞”影响，7月26日至27日，广东汕尾将有一次暴雨到大暴雨，局部特大暴雨过程，发生中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害和城乡内涝等灾害风险较大。
根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》有关规定，广东汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于7月26日9时启动防汛Ⅱ级应急响应，同时将防风Ⅰ级应急响应调整为防风Ⅱ级应急响应。
