成都市妇女儿童中心医院眼科医生刘林鑫提醒大众：使用蒸汽眼罩需定时，避免戴着过夜；干眼症、糖尿病等患者不建议使用。
医生提示，大家舒缓眼疲劳切勿盲目依赖蒸汽眼罩，把控使用时长、区分自身状况才能守护眼部健康。
