格隆汇7月24日丨甘咨询(000779.SZ)公布，公司召开第八届董事会第二十七次会议，审议通过《关于向甘肃省建设监理有限责任公司无偿划转兰州金建工程建设监理有限公司股权的议案》，拟将全资子公司土木工程院持有的金建监理公司100%股权无偿划转至公司全资子公司建设监理公司。本次股权划转完成后，建设监理公司将直接持有金建监理公司100%股权。
