7月24日，ST美晨（300237）发布公告，公司全资子公司美晨工业（被告）与潍坊力创电子科技有限公司（原告）的技术合作开发合同纠纷案已作出一审判决，法院判决驳回原告诉讼请求。此前原告请求美晨工业支付授权费用及资金占用费合计2040万元。
2026年一季度，ST美晨实现收入4.81亿元，归母净利润-1000万元。
