近日，有投资者在互动平台向双象股份（002395.SZ）提问，公司的35万吨特种材料项目6月份开工建设，请问有没有开工，或者说有没有通过股东会审议？双象股份回复称，公司年产35万吨特种材料项目已获2025年年度股东会审议通过，目前正按计划推进环评、安评、规划设计审批等前期工作。后续进展将依法依规及时披露。
