每经AI快讯，7月24日，汇丰控股在港交所公告，汇丰集团已同意将汇丰人寿保险（新加坡）私人有限公司出售予安联，代价为27亿新加坡元（21亿美元），待监管机构批准后，预期于2027年上半年完成。出售事项预期为汇丰集团带来18亿美元的除税前收益，并估计其普通股权⼀级资本比率因此上升最多15个基点。
