证券日报网7月23日讯，恒运昌在接受调研时表示，客户可根据自身需求，单独向公司采购等离子体射频电源或匹配器，亦可以同时采购等离子体射频电源和配套的匹配器。此外，公司等离子体射频电源无需与同系列的匹配器产品配套使用，同系列中的等离子体射频电源和匹配器亦不会有固定的配套关系。
