长城汽车公告称，公司A股股票自2026年6月10日至7月22日连续三十个交易日的收盘价格低于“长汽转债”当期转股价格的70%，“长汽转债”有条件回售条款生效。回售价格为100.27元/张（含当期利息、含税），回售期为7月30日至8月5日，回售资金发放日为8月10日，回售期内“长汽转债”停止转股，本次回售不具强制性。截至目前，“长汽转债”收盘价格高于回售价格，投资者回售或有损失。
