近日，有消费者投诉，在国内头部票务平台大麦、猫眼等处购买薛之谦8月份杭州站演唱会门票时，疑似遭遇系统性“跳票”，付款成功后，订单自动变成了薛之谦7月底的北京站门票。7月23日，大麦官博和猫眼演出发布情况说明，称平台购票系统运行正常，不存在系统跳票”。
