A股开盘：3100只个股飘绿，三大指数集体高开；能源设备、半导体上涨，电信、酒类下跌
23日，A股三大指数集体高开。Wind数据显示，上证指数涨0.03%，深证成指涨0.39%，创业板指涨0.84%。全市3100只个股下跌。
板块方面，能源设备、通信设备、贵金属、半导体等板块上涨，电信、房地产、保险、制药、燃气、酒类等下跌。
