7月22日，山高新能源（01250）发布公告，李天章因工作调整辞任执行董事、董事会主席及提名委员会成员及主席，王文波和李力也因工作安排辞任执行董事。
同时，康建被任命为执行董事、董事会主席及提名委员会成员及主席，接替李天章的职务。刘尧和王助贫也获任命为执行董事；执行董事刘志杰被任命为董事会副主席，康建、刘尧和王助贫在任期间将不收取任何薪酬。
