格隆汇7月21日｜据彭博，凯雷集团正就将旗下可持续发展咨询机构Anthesis Group的控制权转让给私人信贷机构Bridgepoint Group展开谈判。凯雷集团于2023年通过其欧洲私募股权部门收购了Anthesis的多数股权，该交易对这家总部位于伦敦的咨询公司的估值约为4亿英镑(约5.38亿美元)。此次谈判的背景是，环境、社会与治理(ESG)咨询行业正面临更广泛的挑战。该板块在2020年代初期随着企业纷纷作出净零排放承诺而迅速扩张，但此后遭遇了日益强烈的政治阻力。
