格隆汇7月21日丨湖南海利(600731.SH)公布，公司于2026年7月21日收到公司控股股东海利集团通知，基于对公司未来发展的信心和对公司长期投资价值的认可，海利集团拟自本公告披露之日起12个月内通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，增持总金额不低于人民币8,500万元（含），不超过人民币17,000万元（含），资金来源为自有或自筹资金增持公司股份。
