7月21日，广东明珠（600382）发布公告，董事长黄丙娣提议公司通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购价格上限为11元/股，回购总金额不低于1亿元且不超过1.5亿元，主要用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购期限为自董事会审议通过方案之日起12个月内。
2026年一季度，广东明珠实现收入1.88亿元，归母净利润5872万元。
