7月21日，交通运输部副部长徐成光在国新办发布会上表示，在优化交通运输结构方面，重点是推进交通基础设施更新和数智化改造，到2030年实施8万公里左右的设施改造。实施新一轮农村公路提升行动，新改建农村公路50万公里。
